You can scan any CueBox tickets with the CueBox Ticket Scanner app on Android phones or iPhones.
Getting the CueBox Ticket Scanner App
- Depending on your phone, go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Search and download the app CueBox Ticket Scanner onto your phone
How To Scan Tickets
- Make sure your phone is connected to the internet and log in to the app using your regular CueBox log in
- Select the showtime
- Click "Scan" and scan any CueBox tickets' QR code with the scanner
- If the ticket is valid, the scanner will turn green
- If the ticket is invalid (e.g., invalid QR code, ticket has been returned), the scanner will turn red
- If the ticket has been checked in before, the scanner will turn orange
- You can also manually check in any tickets using the "manual check-in" mode
- Search for any customer name and click "Check In All"
Scanner Troubleshooting
- Your device must be connected to the internet for the ticket scanner to work
- If you have trouble logging into your account, you can reset your password via the forget password flow
- We recommend using mobile devices that has sufficient processing power (for example, for android phones, our team recommends getting a phone that is at least as good as or has better specs than the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G 128GB)
- If you do not have app auto-update set up on your phone, make sure you have updated the app to the latest version via the app store
